Originally designed for law-enforcement and private security. The EE – 3 was the most notably used by Boba Fett a bounty hunter. Chosen for its rugged, reliability, and most notable for its size, the EE-3 came equipped with a short and heavy, shrouded barrel, pistol grip, a solid stock, and optical site. To make up for the smaller handle, the weapon relied on its user holding it with two hands. The EE-3 was a select fire carbine. It could fire single shots or burst which were an oddity for carbines. Boba Fett used the technology in his Mandalorian helmet to help ensure he hits his targets. He also modified the stock. The challenge coin has a thin blue line on the left side barrel signifying attribute to law enforcement.
