Hyde Park Police Department

The Hyde Park Police Department was established in 1969 with two constables and has since grown into a full-time force led by the Chief and 24 sworn members and supported by nine civilian dispatchers. The Town of Hyde Park is home to several historic landmarks, including the FDR Home and Vanderbilt Estate. The Hyde Park Police Department collaborates closely with the New York State Police and the Duchess County Sheriff's Office.
