Los Alamos Police - Department Coin (New Mexico)

Got this 05/24 during my visit to Los Alamos from a Lt. of the department along with the patch. Los Alamos was home town to the Manhattan Project, where the first nuclear bomb was made. It was a protected research facility that became a city. Today it is home of the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
