Winter Garden Police - Criminal Investigations (Florida)

The Winter Garden Police Department has adopted a "crime / investigator-based" investigation philosophy. By assigning responsibility by crime designation, an investigator develops an expertise in his / her field, thereby becoming more effective and efficient in solving crime specific to their assignments. Investigators assigned to these specific areas will be responsible for addressing certain suspects and their respective trends/habits, also known as "modus operandi."
