Arkansas Highway Police SUV

Found this in 2016. AHP was born in 1929 which means they have a birthday coming up soon. The front is a badge. The rear is a Ford Explorer (I think that’s what they were using) in front of the state capital building. “Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department”. Compared to the previous version, this coin has a darker blue for the border.
